Cate Dicharry is the Associate Director at the International Writing Program at the University of Iowa. She received her MFA in Creative Writing from University of California. She has written a debut novel, ‘Riverside’ and is currently working on a project that explores how the humanities serve as an intervention against de-humanization in healthcare. Her writing has appeared in several literary journals.
