Fiona Fernandez is Associate Editor at Mid-day, Mumbai. Through her reportage and her weekly column, 'Bombaynama', she offers a 360-degree dive into the city's multi-layered urban histories, the conservation of its UNESCO World Heritage Sites and its citizen champions. 'H for Heritage: Mumbai' is her third book, the result of years of wandering through the city's known and forgotten precincts. It is the first in a series that will travel to other Indian cities. Fiona has also written 'Bombay Meri Jaan' and 'Ten Heritage Walks of Mumbai'. She was co-contributor for 'The Mumbai Factfile' and has contributed to anthologies like 'The Book of Dog' and 'Urban Voice 3'.
