Gautam Bhatia is a constitutional lawyer and a science fiction writer and editor. He is the author of the SF duology 'The Wall' and 'The Horizon' and the stand-alone novel, 'The Sentence'. His books have been long-listed for the Locus Magazine Award and the Astounding Award for Best New Writer. His legal writings include 'The Transformative Constitution' and 'Unsealed Cover': A Decade of the Constitution, the Courts, and the State.
