Lavanya Lakshminarayan is the multiple award winning author of 'Ten Percent Thief' listed as one of the 75 Best Sci-Fi Books of All Time by Esquire Magazine. She is the first Indian woman to be shortlisted for the Arthur C. Clarke Award. She is a winner of the Times of India AutHer Award and the Valley of Words Award, and a Locus Award finalist. Her new novel, 'Interstellar Megachef', is out November 2024. She’s sometimes a game designer, and has built worlds for Zynga Inc.’s FarmVille and Mafia Wars, among other games. She lives in Bangalore and Hyderabad, India.
