Ram Ganesh Kamatham is a playwright, consultant and researcher. He has degrees in the anthropology of media (SOAS, University of London), international relations (NTU Singapore), strategic studies and diplomacy. He currently leads a project on the tracking and monitoring of sustainable practices in the global shipping industry and has consulted with UNESCO on peace-building. His comedies include Dancing on Glass (2004), and Project S.T.R.I.P. (2009) He has written about young urban India in Crab (2006) and for young audiences with Beyond the Bubble (2015). He is twice recipient of the Sultan Padamsee Playwriting Award, for Ultimate Kurukshetra (2011) and Undaunted (2020).
