Ruchita Dar Shah started out in advertising and worked with some of the country's leading ad agencies before starting a small community on Facebook for new mothers like her. She christened it First Moms Club, a platform for mothers to bond over similar experiences and help one another. Over a decade, the community has had over a hundred thousand mothers supporting one another online and offline.
